    Every item you see is sourced from live auctions and listings in Japan, and once you order, we purchase and ship it to you directly.

  • We'll make it right

    We use automation to gather and update listings in real-time but that also means the occasional hiccup. Sometimes an item might already be gone before we can update it. If an item isn’t available anymore, we’ll reach out or just refund you, no fuss.

  • Happy to talk pricing

    Because of automation, sometimes the price might look... let’s just say, wildly off. If price makes no sense or something seems weird just drop us a line. We’ll check and fix it for you, no problem.
