I believe 1 is the early model (C type?), and 2-4 are the late models (D type?).
In addition to these, there were accessory catalogs published in May 1999 and January 2001, which I will also send to you.
I stored them in a cardboard box at home. As they are old, they may have signs of aging, wrinkles, and creases. Please check the images before making a purchase.
