It is a pamphlet from about 30 years ago. I think it was a pamphlet for a race that was cancelled just before the event, as I remember. I received it from a friend at JTB, who had intended to buy tickets. I stored it in a clear file at home and kept it on my bookshelf. It may be a phantom pamphlet. Please be kind.
