I purchased this for storage purposes and have been storing it in a dark place. There was a tear in the back of the second part from the beginning. Higuchi Yūko's calendar is very cute. I stored it in the book as is. After checking it, I couldn't see any mold or tears, but I think there may be scratches on the surface, so please check and acknowledge before purchasing.
